Where the Soil Meets the Spreadsheet
I’ve always believed that the best insights come from the ground up, literally.
My journey didn’t start in a tech hub; it started in the vibrant agricultural landscapes of Nigeria. Armed with a degree in Animal Production and Health from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, I dove headfirst into the world of agribusiness. I built operations from scratch: breeding catfish from fingerlings to harvest, managing poultry farms, and trading in cocoa, palm oil, and plantain plantations. I was a production manager, a salesman, and a consultant all rolled into one.
But as my farms grew, so did a critical challenge: keeping up with the data.
Frustrated by the chaos of messy paperwork, I turned to Microsoft Excel to bring order to the madness. What started as a practical solution to track crop yields and feed ratios quickly turned into a passion for data analytics. I realised that data wasn’t just numbers, it was the story of a business’s health.
Driven by curiosity, I expanded my technical toolkit. Today, I am a UK-based Stock Controller for a leading food production and logistics company that serves global transport networks across freight and rail. In this role, I bridge my agricultural roots with cutting-edge technology. I’ve evolved from basic spreadsheets to mastering a robust tech stack, including Power BI, SQL, Python, n8n automation, WordPress, and no-code app development. From designing websites to leveraging AI for data automation and video editing, I love building systems that work smarter.
The Ultimate Goal? I am charting a course to become a Data Administrator. My mission is to use data-driven insights to revolutionise operational efficiency, ensuring that whether I’m managing a corporate supply chain or scaling my own agricultural ventures, every decision is backed by solid, actionable intelligence.
